Essence by Naura operates in accordance with UK consumer law, including the Consumer

Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1. Right to Cancel (Online Orders)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any

reason, except for products excluded by law.

2. Returns Eligibility

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging. Items must be in

resalable condition and include all original components.

Approved returns must be sent back within 14 days of cancellation confirmation.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Perfumes & Hygiene Products)

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

- Opened or used perfumes

- Unsealed packaging

- Decanted products

- Sample sprays or testers

This complies with UK law regarding sealed goods not suitable for return once opened.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with

supporting photos or videos.

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after

inspection of the returned item.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We

recommend using a tracked service.

7. Marketplace Orders

Orders placed via third-party platforms such as Amazon or TikTok Shop are also subject to their

platform policies. UK consumer law always applies.
